Chris is so great at providing top notch quality service to his clients. WOW! He goes above and beyond, working late nights and even helping the seller research and gather documents needed for the closing. As a loan officer, it's so important to have the Realtor engaged, pushing the client along and rolling up their sleeves to help get the job done. Chris is absolutely amazing. I’m not sure if this post will give him any justice on how great of a realtor he is. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and he made the process so effortless. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and he truly cares about ALL of his clients. He’s knowledgeable about his field and is always there for you if you have any questions. He’s also a one stop shop! Literally took care of everything (loan officer, inspector and more)! And they were all amazing. Chris is literally the best realtor in the DMV and we couldn’t imagine this process without him. We are so happy with our first home and are blessed we had the opportunity to work with Chris. Chris is amazinnggggg! So very patient and understanding and transparent. As a first time homebuyer, I researched and studied as much as I could to prepare myself for the process but I still had so much to learn. He taught me how to assess the condition of the houses that we toured (like the roof, design, crawl spaces, etc) and never pressured me to make an offer. I was so indecisive throughout the entire process but he always made me feel like a priority.
I would thank him a thousand times if I could. Definitely recommend him to ANYONE looking to buy in the DMV area.
